How long does a session last?
Typically 55 minutes, but 30 or 90-minute appointments are available as needed.
How many sessions will I need?
The length of the treatment depends on many factors, primarily the nature of your need. Communication and parenting challenges, for example, may be addressed satisfactorily in just a few sessions. Some more complicated situations may require longer term therapy. Treatment goals and length of treatment will be discussed with you on a regular basis.
Can I be sure this is confidential?
I follow the ethical guidelines of state licensing boards, and my moral and ethical obligation to my clients is my first and greatest priority. Confidentiality is discussed in detail at your first appointment.
